Eligibility

Sign up and purchase a HughesNet purchase option with: Prime, Pro, or Max high-speed Internet service plans. HughesNet service must remain active for a minimum of 31 days.

$100 mail-In Rebate applies only to new HughesNet subscribers. Upgrades and new activations on used equipment do not qualify.

This mail-in rebate cannot be combined with any other rebate or offer.

All applicable purchases must be made by 3/31/2016.

Steps to Claim your Mail-In Rebate

  1. Download the mail-in rebate form here. Only original forms will be accepted.
  2. Print and complete the mail-in rebate form by following the instructions on the form.
  3. Print a copy of your first two HughesNet invoices.
    1. Go to www.myHughesNet.com and click on the Customer Care link on the right-hand side of the page
    2. Under "Account Information" on the left-hand side of the Customer Care page, click on "Register Now". If you have already created an account, click "Login Here" and proceed to step d.
    3. Complete the "User Registration" process and login again if necessary. (Note: If a login window does not appear after you have completed the registration process, you can also reach the "Account Login" screen by clicking "Login Here" under "Account Information" on the Customer Care page.)
    4. In the window that appears, choose "Billing" from the menu at the left, then click "Invoice Administration", and then "View Invoices."
    5. Select and print the invoices that correspond with the rebate promotion period. IMPORTANT: Your first invoice will be generated and posted online within one (1) day of date of activation. Your second invoice will be generated and posted online one (1) month after your date of activation.
  4. Send the mail-in rebate form and a copy of the invoices to the address shown on the form. Handwritten or altered documents will not be accepted. All submissions must be received by 12/31/15.
  5. Limit one mail-in rebate per HughesNet account and per address. Duplicate requests will not be honored or acknowledged. ALLOW 6-8 WEEKS FOR REBATE FULFILLMENT.

If you cancel after installation but before the end of your 24-month term commitment, you will be charged a Service Termination Fee of up to $400. The exact amount of the Service Termination Fee will be $400 for the first ninety (90) days after activation of the HughesNet Service. Thereafter, the amount will decrease by $15 per month for each month of active Service. Further, you must return your HughesNet modem, power supply, and radio in good condition within 45 days of cancellation date or be charged a $300 Unreturned Equipment Fee ($100 for the modem and power supply and $200 for the radio transmitter).

This service includes 24x7 live technical support and a 24 -month limited equipment warranty. On the day of installation, the installer will arrive with all of the equipment necessary to activate your service, including the satellite dish and modem.

Customers with SmartBrowsing-enabled plans who have exceeded their monthly Anytime allowance can still send and receive email and browse the Internet. It is important to note, however, that uploading or downloading large files, including video and audio embedded in web pages or attached to emails, will reduce speeds. 1. When you connect to the Internet using HughesNet, the upload and download speeds you experience will vary based on a variety of factors including the configuration of your computer; the number of concurrent users; network or Internet congestion; the speed of the Web sites you are accessing; and other factors. Stated speeds and uninterrupted use of service are not guaranteed. During peak hours, actual upload and download speeds will likely be lower than speeds indicated.

2. Based on an analysis of customer usage data, Hughes has established a Download Allowance for each of the HughesNet service plans that is well above the typical usage rates. Subscribers who exceed that threshold will experience reduced download speeds for the remainder of the month. During this recovery period, the HughesNet service may still be used, but speeds will be slower.

3. Plans only available on the EchoStar XVII satellite. Certain geographical areas are not covered by this satellite.

5. $10 monthly savings is available on the one-year HughesNet Voice commitment option. After three months, the monthly fee reverts back to $29.95. Offer ends 3/31/2016.
