Most service issues can be solved with a quick phone call. However, if your problem can't be fixed over the phone, a HughesNet certified technician will come to your home or business location to restore your service for a trip charge of only $29.95.
On-Site Service includes:
- Diagnostic testing to determine the cause of the problem
- Power surge related repair
- Antenna realignments (using existing mounting configuration)
- Repair or replacement of malfunctioning equipment
- Cost of all parts required to restore service
